OUR FOUNDERS
Matt and Drew came into parking from outside the industry, bringing years of experience in tech, travel, and small business support.
Matt spent much of his career in the travel industry, seeing firsthand how the right technology could completely change how an industry operates. After years of using clunky parking apps that made payment a hassle, he saw an opportunity to make parking simple, accessible, and effective, especially for smaller businesses that need every dollar to count.
Drew spent over seven years at a software company working directly with small to medium-sized businesses. His focus was on helping them increase revenue and streamline operations through powerful, user-friendly technology.
When the two connected, they realized parking was an industry that had been left behind. By combining their skills, they set out to build a system that would give property owners a better way to take control of their lots and earn revenue from spaces that were being underused or misused.

At Park Thrive, we believe parking management should be simple, fair, and accessible for small businesses, nonprofits, churches, and property owners who often have the most to gain but the fewest resources to make it happen. We also work with large parking lots that are already monetized but have expensive and outdated management. By starting with smaller, more complex lots, we built a foundation that makes our service powerful and adaptable for any self-park paid parking lot in the country. We care deeply about helping these organizations protect their space, prevent misuse, and turn parking into a reliable source of revenue without taking on financial risk. That is why we operate on a revenue share model. We only succeed when our partners do.
We value speed and efficiency, getting most lots live in under two weeks with no construction costs or expensive setup fees. We believe in making the most of the parking that already exists in communities before building more, helping preserve green space while improving access for drivers. We are committed to removing barriers that keep smaller operators out of the game and giving them the same enterprise-level tools larger companies have enjoyed for years.
Above all, we value relationships over transactions. Being a hands-on team means our leadership is directly involved in day-to-day operations and client support. We take pride in knowing our partners by name, understanding their unique situations, and working with them to find the best solution for their property and community.


We’ve found Park Thrive’s support is very responsive and very individualistic, too. It’s not like I’m just sending a message off to somebody who’s like, ‘Never heard of you, don’t care.’ It feels good to get a quick response. We onboarded with Josh, but I know if I sent a message to Drew or Matt, it would get to the right people.
